The BOS service you use at bos.ultimopay.io is moving to a renewed platform called Ultimox. You may not have seen that name before, so to be clear about what it is: Ultimox is the same operation you already deal with, rebuilt. Your wallets, your balances and your Ultimo card if you hold one come with you. Until your own move is done, sign in to BOS exactly as you do now.
Ultimox is the renewed platform operated by the same company as Ultimopay, under the same ownership.
Every balance you hold, in one dashboardUS Dollar, Bitcoin, Tether and USDC all appear together, along with your card and anything still showing as Pending Load, the way the tiles on your BOS dashboard show them today.
Buying and selling becomes a real marketOn BOS you buy and sell against a quoted price. Ultimox gives you a spot market with live order books and a far longer list of coins, so you place your own order and can see the price you are dealing at.
Futures tradingUltimox adds a derivatives market, perpetual and dated futures, which BOS has never offered at all. It sits alongside spot rather than replacing anything.
AI-assisted tradingThere is an assistant built into the trading screen. It can explain an order before you commit to it, tell you what the risk on a position really is, and set up the order panel from a plain description of what you want.
Your card, managed from the new dashboardIf you hold an Ultimo card, MY CARD and LOAD move into Ultimox. The card is not reissued and its number does not change. You simply manage it somewhere better built.
The three steps to move across

Sign in at bos.ultimopay.ioStart from BOS, the way you always do. The move is released to accounts in batches, so when yours is included the option shows up for you there. You do not need to ask for it.

Confirm the account is yoursBOS hands you across to Ultimox, where you confirm the account. The email address you signed in with is shown back to you, so read it before you continue and stop there if it is not yours.

Create a password for UltimoxYour Ultimox account is a new account, so you set a password for it during the move, or continue with Google if that address is a Google account. After that you sign in at app.ultimox.io and carry on from where you left off.
Please read this before you switch
Your deposit addresses on Ultimox are new and different from your BOS addresses, and a coin sent to a retired BOS address cannot always be recovered. Networks matter here too, and on BOS they differ by coin: Tether lets you choose Ethereum (ERC20), Tron (TRC20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), while USDC is Ethereum (ERC20) only. On Ultimox every asset shows its own network beside the address, so check that network against the one you are sending from rather than assuming it matches what BOS offered you.
Your 2-Factor Authentication does not travel with you. If you have it switched on, BOS asks for a 6-digit code for BOS when you sign in and before any withdrawal, and some accounts are asked for a second code for UXBIT as well. Neither one carries over. You enrol again on Ultimox with Google Authenticator, and a fresh secret on the new platform is deliberately safer than copying an old one across.
Once your move is complete, BOS is retired for your account and app.ultimox.io becomes where you sign in.
We will never ask for your BOS password as part of this move, and nobody from BOS or Ultimox will ever contact you asking you to send funds somewhere.

It is official, and that reaction is fair, because Ultimox is a new name to BOS users. This page is published on bos.ultimopay.io, the host you sign in to, and Ultimox publishes its own notice at app.ultimox.io which explains the shared ownership. The two link to each other on purpose. Nothing at all. Until your account is in the current batch there is no option on your BOS dashboard to press. No closing date for BOS has been published yet, and when one is set it will be shown here before it applies, with notice.
Yes, and this is worth saying plainly: the card on BOS was always an optional application with a fee attached, so plenty of users have never had one. If MY CARD shows that you do not have any card, nothing about that is a problem. Your wallets and balances move across in exactly the same way, and you are not required to apply for a card in order to move or to keep using your account.
If your card is activated, this move does not replace it, reissue it or change its number, and you will not be asked to activate it a second time. MY CARD and LOAD simply move into the Ultimox dashboard. If you are part-way through, whether that is waiting on your KYC result, holding an unpaid card fee, waiting for the card to arrive by post, or waiting on the activation review, finish that step on BOS before you switch.
Your US Dollar, Bitcoin, Tether and USDC balances are carried into your Ultimox account as part of the move, and you never send anything anywhere for that to happen. Note that your card balance has always been a separate figure from your wallets on BOS, and that stays true. If a load is still showing as Pending Load, let it settle before you start.
If your KYC was approved on BOS, the result comes across with your account and you are not sent back to the beginning. If you never submitted it, there is simply nothing to carry and you can still move. If you are mid-review or were declined, wait for the outcome on BOS first, because moving does not change a pending or rejected result. Where a document has since expired, Ultimox asks you for that one item after you arrive.
If you have money sitting under Pending payout commission or Pending approval commission, ask about it before you switch rather than after.
